Our Story

    Why I Built Seklude

After more than 15 years as an engineer in the IT industry, I thought I understood how to keep information safe. Then my spouse and I sat down to write our wills — and I realised how unprepared we actually were.

A will handles your physical estate. But your digital life is a different matter entirely. The accounts, financial assets, insurance policies, and credentials your family would need one day — none of that had a home. And even if we wrote it all down, there was no safe, structured way to pass it on. Dropping sensitive documents into Google Drive or OneDrive felt immediately wrong. These are not tools built for this kind of trust.

So I started building one that is.

Seklude is designed around a simple principle: your most sensitive information should be yours alone — until the moment you choose to pass it on. Everything is encrypted on your device before it ever reaches our servers. We cannot read it. No one can, except the people you designate, at the time you intend, in the order you decide.

Seklude exists because the people we love deserve more than a folder and a password. They deserve a plan.
